If Mo were not the First Wife, that top might be acceptable at an evening cocktail party by the pool. But for her to wear it in mid-day, walking down a public street, especially since she’s practically hanging out - she looks like a streetwalker. I don’t think she’s wearing a foundation garment, either. If she were, it wouldn’t be falling down (theoretically).
