I think that it is sad, and indeed shameful, that a business would use sexually degradation of womanhood as an economic lever to attract moronic patronage.

I agree with you. Besides, flying on Ryanair is a step down from traveling in a box car. All of these economy airlines also have very strict luggage restrictions (e.g. ‘if you want to bring your liver that will be an extra $50).

The women want to appear in these calendars, lighten up!
With a handle like J. Edgar your own perferences are suspect anyway.

Lighten up. I see no problem with it.
When I was living in Slovakia, they had an airline, Sky Europe”.
It was a low cost shortline airline just like Ryanair, but went belly up.
Maybe if they had run some promos like Ryan, they might still be flying.
Degradation is only when the woman does not agree.

You're right, they should just adorn their calendar with pictures of their airplanes and different airports they go to. That ought to be a big seller. [/sarcasm]
If a woman voluntarily wants to be photographed fully or partially naked that is up to them. It's a big difference between that and forced prostitution.

Who says a calendar is degradation and not celebration?
Wasn’t J Edgar Hoover a cross dresser? (that would be degradation)
