I’m not defending BOZO but being president will make a guy lose weight and turn gray. Look at all the previous POTUS’s. I can’t imagine. Even with all the vacations. Taking a piss is a production.

He is just looking bad, not well, fairly soon. It's only been two years into his term. I think more so than Clinton, "W", or Daddy Bush. He is not wearing his stress well for sure.
