I live in rural Oregon, and will only put my garbage out at midnight, right before it is collected at 4 A.M. due to seeing frequent, fresh bear scat near my house.

At least I am trying to prevent inconvenient bears from becoming problem bears.

This dimwit is creating problem bears...
