Mornin’, Johnn! Hope you are ‘fit as a fiddle’, now, and done with that nasty pneumonia.
The recipe was simple - pop open a can of pizza dough, spread it out, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, put about 1/2 c. of raisins and nuts over dough, roll up long way, and slice into six or eight rolls. Put on sprayed cookie sheet, sides almost touching, and bake for about 8-10 minutes (watch closely). Remove from oven, and cover with confex. sugar icing. (I like to put orange zest over the nuts and raisins, before I roll the dough up, and then use orange juice instead of milk in the icing, with more orange zest.) MMMMMmmm-good!
I put that recipe on my computer files “Recipes”. I just have about a dozen in that file and a lot of them was what you posted! I can taste the rolls right now. I will make them soon!
