Lovely graphic, Billie! I love the flying birds! I have lots of work in summer but I get sad when its leaving...don’t know why but I do! Guess I’m a little like the last lines of your poem!
We had two huge trees removed a few weeks ago because the bores had been slowly destroying them, and the fescue grass that was so lush couldn't survive in the hot sun, so we've been faced with having to redo large parts of the lawn that were affected by removing the trees. Not a good choice to make, but the lawn can be saved - the trees couldn't.
