Browsing through a few of the previous pages and wanted to tell you how pretty your Sunday opening was, Meg. Always is. :) That pristine white church with the crepe myrtles on either side against that gorgeous blue sky is just so pretty.

I have spaghetti boiling in the water, and the sauce is simmering - all I have to do now, is make some garlic bread (toast on the skillet, kaiser rolls with butter/olive oil and italian seasoning with Lawrey’s garlic salt)

Yumm, spaghetti is one of my favorite and easiest meals to prepare when I don't want to stay in the kitchen and cook. Your garlic bread sounds delicious!

I loved all the watermelon graphics last week - so pretty! Made me wish I had one to slice. Thanks for the compliments on the “opening” watermelon graphic - Amy had sent both the graphics AND the YouTube link to me quite a while ago when I was having so many computer problems, so was relieved to get it put together before August was over!

Hi Billie! Missed out on last Tuesday. Had seen a Retina specialist and had what seemed like tons of eye drops, so the day was almost shot as far a seeing much of anything!! Glad you are back. See you tomorrow!!

Your watermelon opening graphic was adorable, Billie. And a cute song to go along.

I’m like you...I was craving watermelon all day. I buy those little plastic containers of cut-up watermelon in the produce department. Its always been good. Check your grocery store if you all can’t manage a big watermelon! We used to buy a whole watermelon when hubby was here. It was one of his favorite things! He had a lot of favorite foods....LOL!

Happy Monday afternoon, everyone.
It was another day of good intentions but missed opportunities. :)

I had planned to help MrJust in the garage for an hour or so this morning.
We were out there for 2 1/2 hours.
When we started going thru boxes to sort junk from treasures,
we got so involved that time slipped away.
At least it is one less thing the JustJr will have to do someday.

When we finished all I wanted to do was take a shower and a nap.

Tonight is Welcome Back to School Night at school.
The 8th graders are selling spaghetti dinners before Open House.
Yeah ... won't have to worry about cooking tonight.

Hope evryone had a magnificient Monday.
