Instead of Helen Thomas, why don't they put some statue of women who have truly show the face of Islam.

Photobucket

Neda Soltan. Who was gunned down on the streets of Tehran for protesting the rule of the corrupt evil mullahs.

Photobucket

Aisha. Who tried to run away from her abusive husband and his family. As punishment and as a warning to other women, the Taliban ordered her nose and ears to be cut off and that she be left for dead.

Photobucket

Noor Faleh Almaleki, who was killed in Phoenix by her father because she was not living according to Islamic rules and customs.

I saw this yesterday and despite the intentions of the article and it’s timing, they are beautiful women.

I wish I could at least bring Aisha to America. Very beautiful woman.

I’ll never understand the why and what it takes to do that to another human being or woman.

Perhaps because the institution in question is an Arab American Museum, and two of the women you’ve identified are neither Arabs nor Americans?

Maybe the surrounding communities could get together and put up statues of the three women you showcased... a ‘true’ face of radical islam. Of course - Helen is also a 'true' face of radical islam...
