I don't know. I just think they need to remove the guts if they don't want the meat to spoil. Whether or not they should be hunting that particular animal is a different matter. But if a disemboweled animal makes you nauseous, you really should stop eating meat.

I will admit that I am not familiar with the butcher process for pigs and cattle, but I highly doubt they disembowel the cow and or rip calves from wombs, that is unnecessary.

Exactly. Whales have been used as food for centuries.I have no problem with hunting for food humans aren’t meant to be vegetarians afterall.
