More info required. IWB? OWB? Carry in office or after work? What style of dress? Will FL temperature bother the setup? What kind of threat environment? Will fellow workers know/mind if you carry?

I was leaning towards OWB. I plan to carry it all the time (except at work..it’s not allowed by company rules). I’ll be wearing either a suit coat, sports jacket, or bulky tshirts, jerseys, and in the winter months sweat shirts, rugby shirts et al.
I live in an area that warrants carrying concealed. While I’ve not had an altercation to this point, I’m always in a situation awareness mode. I think the best way to put it, is the area is well known to law enforcement.
I like the paddle holster, however I have this image..of drawing my weapon, and having to say..”oh wait a minute” as I pull the holster off.
