People who drive with these little dogs on their lap or with fido hanging his head out the driver’s window are worse then people who text while ‘driving’. NO. Everyday I have a damn fool texting swerve into my lane, sometimes several a day. I've never had anyone with a pet do that. Just this morning I told my wife to set aside bail money because the first fool who hits me while texting I intend to punch the letters A S S H O * *, with my fist, in Morse code on his face.
