I am so sorry. I am like you, come summer I am always ready for sweet corn on the cob and I eat it nearly every day. I have a new recipe for cream corn that is to die for. It involves six ears of corn and two cups of heavy cream. Very rich. One of the best things I’ve ever eaten. No farmers’ markets where you live, nowhere to drive out into the country and buy it from a farm stand?
