Cons: -This is not a consumer product! Support for this drive is officially provided by: LGcommercial
-There are currently no Firmware updates
-LTH technology from Verbatim is currently not supported (if you use Verbatim, don't get LTH for this drive!)
-LG support for this drive seems to be very limitted. I asked for a firmware update for certain features and the reply was very generic and no hope of ever getting one.

Other Thoughts: This would have been a great drive if labled as a Commercial product. I would not recommend to buy it if you are planning to use this product at home. Support seems to be limited to companies only.
