I will figure you are blind so... I will repeat it.

If Romney would win the nomination, will you vote for him?

or will you vote for Obama, or not at all which means Obama wins.

At that point in time in 2007 Hunter was not getting any traction, he couldn’t get the media to even let him speak in a debate. He was who I was for. Rudy, who I didn’t like was tanking hanging around in Fla, Huck was pulling his usual Huckabaloney, McLame, of McCain Feingold and McCain Kennedy fame looked to be out of it and I despise him. Fred got in late and wasn’t really serious. Many of his supporters were angry about that later right here on FR. Who was left? Romney. He was the only one of those rotten apples that mentioned illegal immigration is the debates other than Duncan Hunter. At that point in time we had just been through the CIR battle. That was the top issue for me. Still is.

So...I wasn’t going to not vote...so like many others I was picking through the barrel of rotten apples. I would have gladly voted for the only conservative in the race, that being Hunter, but people around here didn’t think he was flashy enough and the GOP head honchos didn’t want a conservtive to win. They probably still don’t.

And after all this kerfuffel, if Palin gets the nomination in 2012, she will get my vote.

No I will not vote for Romney under any circumstances, nor would I vote for Obama. At that point I’d go for whatever 3rd party candidate was offered or work some overtime to try to survive the endless depression. We need real change now; it’s too late for a delaying action with RINO’s. There’s no time or money or moral capital left to fool around with compromise votes. The chips are down whether you recognize it or not.

As far as Hunter goes, I’d respect it if you actually voted for a conservative and let the voters decide who wins rather than preemptively deciding that the conservatives cant’ win and voting for a Romney. More blow with the wind “pragmatism” that has done in our country as far as I’m concerned.
