LOS ANGELES – Levi Johnston will make his music video debut as a lover whose romance is thwarted by his girlfriend's disapproving mother, according to a Universal Music Group record label and Johnston's attorney.
Johnston, 20, who is Bristol Palin's fiance, has agreed to appear in the video with singer-songwriter Brittani Senser next month in Los Angeles. The project is based on the song "After Love" by Senser, 26, a sultry-looking R&B and pop performer from Minneapolis.
"He's looking forward to doing it," Rex Butler, Johnston's attorney in Anchorage, Alaska, said Friday. "It will give him an opportunity to act a little bit in front of a camera. He's done a commercial before, but something like this is a little more involved."

Agreed. But if one doesn’t respond to every little tidbit of insinuation thrown out by the media then it has a short shelf life at best and after a while I don’t items like that would be news except on a few internet chat places/forums.

She obviously is an adolescent who is in the process of growing up and learning from past mistakes. In that context, all 'youngsters' are complete idiots.
Maybe she, too has resentments against her mother?
Or like others her age and maturity level, she uses "I hate my mother" when trying to rationalize her behavior to her friends. Or maybe it's just a figment of your imagination.
Or maybe Bristol was simply destined to become trailer trash like Levi?
No one is destined to become trailer trash.
Since I haven't heard that Bristol was doing drugs, or making sex films, then I don't think I can even consider the label 'trailer trash' as appropriate.
That she seems to be like the AVERAGE AMERICAN TEENAGER/WOMAN in the exact same aspects that are being discussed here, would be a positive thing. That she separated from Levi seemed to be the 'right thing'. Now that she might have reconsidered, who has a right to say what a woman's heart desires?
Bristol's fate will be determined by her choices (and here's hoping she has, or learns to listen to her mom), and not by teasers that the MEDIA banters back and forth about what they 'think' she is doing.
What was she, 17 when she made that choice? Now she’s tied to him forever. We tell kids it’s serious stuff, but they are teenagers and this happens. God protect my daughter.
So... what you are saying is that EACH person in the PALIN family is a STAR in their own way, and the reason it's popular with the media is because IT'S EVERYTHING THEY WISHED THEY COULD BE, OR HAVE on a REALITY TV Show.

What is revolting is that the people who are sold on her are allowing her to be a victim. They make excuses all the time for all of this. If she can’t get a hold of her own family to make a run, and at least expect them to behave before the election, then she can’t be taken seriously.
The expectation here is not to make all of us accept her family BS, the expectation is for her to ask her family to give her the respect she needs to run for President.

This 'type of thing' is what happens to every FAMILY with an adolescent daughter who has 'fallen in love'.
Different families end up with varied results.
This one was about average. There were no deaths, which shifts her upward on the scale. Bristol didn't beat on Levi and his SUV with a golf club. That puts her was above Tiger Woods on the bell curve.
No one knows what will happen in the future anyway.
Levi may grow up, and take responsibility for his child. Bristol may end up married to another man. Who knows?

If you have fantasy expectations of her that's your delusion not Sarah Palin's.
Because we all know all daughters are instantly amenable to having their parents 'pick' their boyfriends.

Go ahead and fool yourself, go ahead an attach your wagon to a runaway horse. If you really think that a majority of Americans outside of FR are going to be sympathetic and applaud this slime, help yourself. Nothing is ever Palin’s fault, even her own decisions. Now who does that remind me of?
That is what primaries are for. It will all come out in the wash.
Rational people aren’t going to assign responsibility for her daughter’s actions to her. Especially the actions of an adult daughter. Presupposing that I support her presupposes that she is running for something too.
I guess thats very reasonable.
I know one thing. If I were Todd Palin, that SOB would be scared silly of even being near my daughter.
If he did that to my daughter and my wife. I would wave my hunting gun around in his face and tell him to run away AS FAST as he can.
