That’s why some consider Hitler a “great leader”. (Despite his evilness).

I’d be willing to do lots of things if it was only my life at risk. When the lives of my family, especially chidren, are at risk, well, that just gets difficult.

You are carrying them!
A child with birth defects who lives to be 60 will cost 50,000 Reichsmarks over its lifetime.

I hear that. I'm in a similar boat. But I look at the people who fought in the Revolution, in the Civil War, and in WWII and I know that they had a lot to lose also. In many cases they really did put everything on the line. My reluctance to do so is a sign that I am soft. I can't help but admit that.

But I think, that if it really comes down to it, if I really love my family, I'll be willing to stake everything on a chance at a better life for them. I hope I'm man enough.

It’s hard to compare our times to the Founders’ time. Obama can track our positions anywhere on earth using our cell phones and social security numbers!

No one man can know all about all things. Don’t consider it a correction, it’s just new information.

I agree with that. We are seeing the dark side of technology right now. Every bit of it is being used against us in one way or another.

November cannot come soon enough. And even when it does come - And swearings in in january, that may not be enough either. Now that it’s been confirmed with documents about how “journalism” has failed us we are all alot more alone than we initially realized.

We will all be tested. Maybe, soon. But just because you fail the test doesn’t make you bad. It just makes you human. If you’re only capable of protecting your own family, that’s probably good enough I suppose. Not everybody can be the George Washington of their time.

The German citizens of the 1930s didn't have a previous, highly-publicized example from which to recognize the emerging patterns of behavior from their government as the prelude to extreme tyranny and eventually genocide.

We do have those examples available today; highly publicized, widely available historical patterns of behavior of collectivist regimes such as the NAZIs, Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Robert Mugabe, Hillary Clinton, Hugo Chavez, Achmedinejad, Kim Jong Il, Raila Odinga, Barak Obama, etc., etc.

Some just haven't finished running their course, yet.

Sorry, but I’m not a fan of new age medicine. Even the word “allopath” is a red flag for me. I’ve never heard a soul who used it that didn’t have some problem or another with real medicine.
