Of course, that's what all good people (since I'm a girl, I'm changing your words to include me) strive for. Well, most normal people anyway. Prior to the last year or so, my goal was to do a good job at work, treat my family and friends well, try not to screw up too bad and not leave a mess for my family to clean up when I die.
Now, I think things are coming to a head. Our country and our liberty are teetering on the brink of oblivion. If my fighting helps us get back to where we should be, then my life will not have been in vain or for some shallow purpose. And honestly, I think it's going to take ugly, horrible fighting to take our country back. We're past doing things without some degree of violence. If I have to take up arms (Good Lord, I never thought I'd ever say such words), then so be it. I can shoot (kind of - need more practice) and my country is worth fighting for.
The question is to me, is my resolve to turn the tide stronger than the Left's desire to destroy us? Mine is. And I don't think I'm alone.
You can shoot the course with a .22, but as the instructors will tell you, you can't defend liberty with a .22. At a minimum, get an AR15 style rifle and come to the class with 400 rounds - you'll shoot that much. I shot at my Appleseed with a FAL, others came with Garands.
Geeze, I love you gals. I am fortunate that my own wife thinks the same. It always makes me love her more...and other stuff...har!
I have more respect for you than the weak a** men that populate this country and in DC now (military aside). Bless you, Dear Lady. You are what made us great, from the earliest times.
Tell me iceskater, just WHO are you thinking of shooting? Are you nuts?
