A year after President Barack Obama's political honeymoon ended, his job approval rating has dropped to a negative 44 - 48 percent, his worst net score ever, and American voters say by a narrow 39 - 36 percent margin that they would vote for an unnamed Republican rather than President Obama in 2012, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.

“Obama would lose to anybody the GOP runs.”

Well, that is of course until they actually name who they would run. :)

Don’t count on it. Too many other factors.

I’m a Republican! My name might be a problem though. “Mere Survival” isn’t very upbeat. I’d guarantee positive growth in a year though. Just do what Harding did. Cut the budget and taxes in half. Presto . . . growth.

Yep. Who wouldn’t vote for a pig in the poke over a communist any day? It becomes more challenging when it is a specific pig who is nominated.

Unfortunately it is not 2012. That is a long ways away and anything can happen between then and now.

How right you are. I recently spoke to a friend who was complaining about Obama, but then he proudly told me that he didn't vote the last election. McCain wasn't good enough.

Not that I was crazy about McCain, but I voted for him to stop Obama. Now that our country is being ruined by Obama, I'm sure my friend will still not vote for any old Republican.

...even as we watch the destruction of our country go forward.

The woods are full of ‘any Republican’ types. THAT is what we do NOT need.

Last time, the Liberals ran and won with ‘any Democrat’ and look where we are! “O” is living breathing proof that ANYONE can be President.

We DO NOT need just ANYONE. The situation demands an individual with leadership capabilities, vision and strength of character. He/she must have the courage of their convictions to say a thing and then to actually DO what they say!!!

Any one?

Then might as go rock-ribbed conservative and run Duncan Hunter.

Hunter/Palin ‘12 and ‘16. Palin/? ‘20 and Palin/? ‘24.

That ought to get America back on the right track after the Communist occupation.

Obama will be challenged by no other than our current Sect’y of State. With her experience in world affairs and the blowing up of her achievements by the MSM, the coast will be cleared. As far as I am concerned, its in the cards, even my question answering eight ball agrees. Yes, American voters are dumb enough to do it, as they have proved in 2008.

"Obama would lose to anybody the GOP runs. "

That doesn't take into account months of endless savage lies and slander by his loyal propaganda machine know as the Mainstream Media.

Propaganda woven into everything from what is news and how its slanted to sitcoms to sports reporting is far beyond what any opponent could ever afford to match.

And it would be foolish to ignore the blatant cheating and illegal voting.

State-run media will do two things:

1. Do everything within their power to keep him in power.

2. Do everything within their power to keep an “R” our of power.

OUR BIGGEST ENEMY IS (MSM) STATE-RUN MEDIA!!!

Hillary is gonna take Barry out in the Rat primary. Voters are gonna trade one Rat socialist for another. Of course, the Clinton’s have to find a way to splinter Barry’s black support.

Just as long as we don’t put ‘any’ Republican up against him. Too many Republicans just want to tweak DC, while still trying to be liked by Dems and the MSM. What we need is a true conservative—somebody who understands we will NEVER be liked by the MSM, and that Dems use bipartisanship the way a lifer uses a shiv. Unfortunately, the RNC will work against a true conservative at every turn. They are almost as bad as Dems themselves.

The article states:

“In this latest survey of more than 2,000 voters, independent voters disapprove of Obama 52 - 38 percent and say 37 - 27 percent they would vote for a Republican contender in 2012.

American voters also say 48 - 40 percent Obama does not deserve reelection in 2012.”

But it also states:

American voters say 42 - 32 percent that Obama has been a better president than George W. Bush, similar to the 43 - 30 percent who felt that way in January of 2010.

Seems contradictory, to me.

The media relentlessly attacked Sarah Palin, who had good conservative credentials. Saturday Night Live mocked her every week. It's not that easy for the type of person we want to come forward.

"Obama will be challenged by no other than our current Sect’y of State. With her experience in world affairs and the blowing up of her achievements by the MSM, the coast will be cleared."

She can't start laying the groundwork without the Obots being aware of it well in advance.

She'd have to stop serving in his administration and start distancing herself from him pretty soon to have time to be seen as anything but a trouble maker by many of the KoolAid Democrats by election time...unless, of course, things get soo bad for Obortion that even the Obots are abandoning him in droves.

Ahhh...that's a sweet fantasy.
