The guy is diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. He has threatened his ex, my wifes, life on many occasions. He has said on many occasions that if his life ever starts to crumble around him that he would kill his ex, his 2 girls, and then himself. While I work on the letters format, let me inform you all that that letter is the opening salvo to his life beginning to crumble.
