Jetlag has to do with a persons internal clock, and takes a week to get rid of once you have gotten use to the new time zone.My secret to no jetlag... I drink lots of water on the plane. When I arrive to my destination I do not take a nap and try to stay up as late as possible. (10-11 PM) I get up the next day and stay awake and active all day.
The trips that I have come back home and sat on my couch to watch a little TV - WHAM, I fell asleep early in the afternoon or evening. When my sleep has been over an hour or two - I have JET LAG.
So, my real secret is to stay away from my couch. I go to the mall, a restaurant, shopping anything to stay away from a place that I could fall asleep easily.

Thanks, I’ll heed the advice, on my next trip overseas, the problem may be I don’t go to often, so perhaps that has something to do with it.

The approved method is when you arrive at your destination, take off your shoes and dig your bare feet into the carpet. Highly recommended by experts.
