This guy (along with UBL, Hek and Haq) all remain alive because we have not allowed the Mil/SOF/SF side to create their own targets and gather their own Intel for hits inside Pak border regions.....Outsourcing this, virtually, completely to the CIA/OGAs is what has allowed them to continually stay outside our OODA loop. It is a damn shame.
