There is actually a National Crocodile Refuge at the tip of Florida......Estimated population is ~2000 individuals with large males growing to 20 feet......

Crocks have a nastier disposition than gators....I never could remember which was worse so I had to come up with a saying that I could remember....Alligators are alright, Crocks are crazy..Both dangerous, but crocks are the worse of the 2
