Jim Rob and Moderators with Obamacare being a very big topic, and a big issue in the November elections socialismisinsidious and I would like to request a separate Forum Topic that says SOCIALIZED MEDICINE to make the article easier to find and catalog for the users of Free Republic. The Culture forum is to broad of a topic.

I think the best solution would be to come up with a “preferred” key word (probably either “socialized medicine” or “Obamacare” would work best) and place that in the top left corner of the main forum page where other major key words are.
A key word in the top left hand corner of the forum page is ultimately much BETTER than a forum topic, I’ve been using it for years for pro-life stuff and it has really helped.
From just what I culled from today and yesterday, it is a needed item.

IIRC, it was during Terri Schiavo’s murder that Jim started adding “important” key words in the upper left hand corner of the browsing page. I’ve got three large pinglists with a lot of overlap and having the key words up there has made everything easier.
Then that may be the way to go. Either way would be wonderful.
