Roy was before my time. I learned of him later. My mom is/was still a huge fan. I was stunned that an American actor was so Christian and pro-America.

We've fallen further than our ability to measure.

He was before my time as well but lives on in film and other ways. In fact just a couple days ago I heard a Roy Rogers radio episode on Sirius.
