Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston reveal exclusively in the new Us Weekly that they are getting married.
And, they tell Us Weekly, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has been kept in the dark about their plans ... until now.
"We got engaged two weeks ago," Bristol, 19, tells Us Weekly. "It felt right, even though we dont have the approval of our parents."

You look without seeing too?
Read my post again. If you still see things that are not there then see my post 67.
If you still have a problem after that then take it up with God.
And please don’t presume to know what I would or wouldn’t do. You don’t “see” anything or know what I would or wouldn’t do, or what I think or feel.
I agree
You question Sarah Palin’s leadership because of the actions of her 19 year old daughter... but ignore the leadership qualities of every other leader past and present who has troublesome family members
So I agree. I don’t have any idea what you are thinking except you do not trust Sarah Palin and there will always be another excuse for that in case Bristol grows up fine
What does “God” have to do with this? sheesh
I think that I shall stay. Without your permission. I can see how that would trouble you. Too bad.
Well, you really should all get together and honestly do a ping list. We Palin supporters are not afraid to show it. Yet you and your lot seem embarrassed to admit being a group. And you seem to have targeted VirginiaRidgerunner lately. I guess he’s been very effective for Sarah Palin and we(you) can’t have that.
It was immature of you to jump him for simply rectifying a misunderstanding on the part of another poster on this thread. I wonder why you would do that...
Todd could just explain that things need to go right in life, or there could be a hunting accident in the future, or snow-machine accident, or a wood chopping thing or some high sticking, or boating incident,,,, I mean Alaska is a dangerous place.
What you should do IMHO is post (or copy) all of the comments you refer to in one post, then link back to that post every time he posts to you.
And more class. Can you imagine if you and your pregant 17-year-old's drama were at the center of critically judgmental American culture. Now she's 19, and what she does is ...
OUT OF YOUR HANDS ...
... but you must publicly comment on what she does. I don't think I could pull that off with the kind of charitable grace and pure class that Palin has. And an item to note ... this would NEVER happen to a male politician. The dynamics of sex in politics is very interesting.

I am also beginning to think that a non-dysfunctional family is a figment of imagination. There is no such thing.
Reading some of these posts, a song from the great musical "The Music Man" comes to mind:
Pick a little, talk a little,
Pick a little, talk a little,
Pick! Pick! Pick! Talk alot, pick a little more.
Oh yes! That woman made brazen overtures.
That's a grand idea!
Here it is:
Just got back online. Holy moly, that’s a bigger flipflop than John Flipfloppin’ Kerry. Talk about a troll.
“Bristol believes in redemption and forgiveness to a degree most of us struggle to put in practice in our daily lives.”
yeah, that or she’s a fool.
“Of course SP knew all about it, she probably helped arrange it. When Levi publicly apologized to the Palins a little while ago, I was thinking that she was starting to get her ducks in a row for a 12 run. She had to get rid of the wacky family tag. Im thinking trust funds have been set up.”
I KNOW you must have forgotten a /sarc tag because that has to be, by far, the most insanely convoluted thinking ever written about Sarah Palin. If that wasn’t sarcasm, please pass the bottle.
I just don't trust the guy, and I can't believe that after living a self indulgent life as a Hollywood stud, and after peddling scandal and innuendo regarding The Palins only a few months ago, he has seen the error of his ways and has found true love again with the same person he had no problem trashing.
I have defended Bristol in the past, and I got into some heated debates while defending her. No matter how independent she is now, she should have first told her parents about the engagement instead of revealing the news in a gossip magazine. I find that insensitive and discourteous. But I wouldn't be surprised if that was Levi's idea, which it will confirm my suspicious that he is working for the Rats.
The guy is a freaking sleaze and an opportunist. I'm sorry if I sound cynical, but I just don't trust this guy at all.
I guess being under twenty, single and with a small one has its effects on your thinking.
LOL! I guess so.
Good Heavens, his flip-flop makes John Kerry and Mitt Romney look like resolute stalwarts. My diagnosis: A complete troll, an unprincipled hack, or clinical insanity. You notice that he NEVER responds to this point. Because no response is possible.
We’re on the same page again, dear Friend.
I’ve had neither the time nor the inclination to read about this today so I’m going to trust that you have and if what you said it accurate, in that she announced her engagement to the magazine first instead of her parents, then color me aghast.
I wish her well, but I don’t like Levi and I don’t trust him either. Love is sometimes blind and young love is often stupid and blind.
The Palin’s have been through a lot with Bristol and have fully supported her like all good parents do, but she’s asking a lot of them now, given Levi’s very bad public behavior and treatment of both Bristol and her family, particularly Sarah Palin.
Prayers for all concerned.
The little one is a real cutie. Levi don’t sacrifice your son’s future for politics.
I just can’t figure out what prompted the stupid remark about shampoo, but I’m content to let it remain a mystery.
