The Russians don't have to worry about competition from the USA.

We're too busy putting up pinwheels and solar battery chargers.

Considering the source, sounds like a floating environmental disaster in the making. Why not name the barge the Chernobyl.

Recently engineers from St. Petersburg celebrated launch of the first offshore nuclear power plant in the world...

They're wrong about that.

The United States launched the first "off-shore" nuclear power plant back in 1961. It was called the USS Enterprise, and not only spent a great deal of time "off-shore", it was well armed and higly mobile! ;-)
