It's hard to understand the liberal support for this child-rapist!

Maybe Whoopie has a 13 yr old relative she can let him date, give drugs and alcohol and then have his way with her.

This is a travesty of justice. I would say that it’s unbelievable but I fear that it is not.

She’s about 43 nowadays

Then I'd say she'd probably safe from any future attentions from Polanski.

Fine end diplomat relations with the Swiss.

My guess is Polanski hired the best and most connected lawyers to get himself off the hook. It took a while and a few million dollars. The average citizen would have been screwed here but Polanski slithered out.

I’ll bet Polasnki’s lawyer told him 6 months ago that the fix was in and that he just had to bide his time in his Swiss chalet. Allowing for a decent interval. Polanski is going to hell and I never watched a single movie of his

Obama and Holder’s payback to Switzerland for their agreement to turn over the UBS account holder names to the IRS. The fix was in.

This is an easy fix.

We don’t need to threaten Switzerland with sanctions or diplomacy ... Switzerland apparently likes Child rapists. To Switzerland, a Child Rapist is a literal hero.

So, let’s give Switzerland what they love; we can give our convicted Child molesters a choice ... jail or exile for the duration of their sentence to Switzerland. This works for us on several fronts; it sends a message that the Swiss will understand, it removes threats from American soil and saves the US taxpayers the cost of imprisoning these convicts.

After we shift a couple thousand child molestes to Switzerland, think of how much better we will all be; and I would imagine that Switzerland (and the rest of the world)would give a second thought to blocking a lawful extradition to the USA.

I realize this may not help, but: Had he been charged and found guilty back in 1977 (33 years ago) - this 76 year-old reprobate would already be out on parole.

Think of him as already having been punished by the murder of his pregnant wife in 1969.

And also consider that he will never be able to return to his adoring psychotic sychophants in the Hollywood cesspool.

He was. Then ran before sentencing.

Polanski later said “The judge was just jealous cuz he, and every man, wants to rape 13 year old and I did it but he did not.”

Polanski then went on to live with and st. rape a 15 years old actress in Paris.

And yet another actress has come forward recently with the same story.

But ...

when you are rich and one of the Hollyweird in-crowd, it’s OK.

Believe me, I lived there, I know this.

Oh yeah, one more thing:

his movies really really stink.

Death penalty for child rapists would indeed mean that those evicted over there would not be sent back here to their deaths... eh?

Let him rape who he likes in Switzerland. He isn’t here.

Switzerland deserves him and the Muslims.

Thanks - I should have checked before posting.

What sentence do you believe he would have received?
20 years? Time off for good behavior?

Well maybe he should have manned up and taken the punishment back then. After 30 years, it would have been forgotten by most people and he wouldn’t have to worry about it now.

But he ran. He still hasn’t served his sentence, and if you actually do believe in the concept of “justice”, you will see that justice has not been served until he serves his time.
