Shriek! OK then, it’s a mere lowly apprentice, a toilet cleaner and wrong-brain thief, really.
What did you do to the frying bitch? The only legal things would be public humiliation, destruction of reputation, a nice animal-cruelty jail sentence, and a fat fine. You already know the other alternative. >:-(
It’s nice that you were able to save two and give them a roomy, loving, forever home.
Oops. “save two” = save three. The extent of the cruelty distracted me. I almost never shriek like that.
Oh, I managed 2 outta 3, including getting a fraudulently registered litter “erased” by the AKC and publicly exposing DNA evidence regarding the same litter that totally slaughtered her already bad reputation but then she croaked before any cruelty charges could be levied.
[she was the cause of a 28 dog ‘abuse rescue’ back in ‘03]
I’ve owned 5 of her trainwrecks and “babysat” 2 of them for extended periods.
One of them got so used to being free and healthy that he became “intolerable” to her when he went back home, pitching fits about being locked back up again so she put him to sleep.
I still feel so guilty about that.
If he’d never known 7 months of happiness, maybe he wouldn’t have protested so much about being caged up again and would have lived longer.
I will always regret allowing her henchmen to come back and get him.
He screamed and tried to claw his way back into my house and when he saw her vehicle in the lane and they made me be the one who picked him up and shoved him into the tiny crate in her van, to be hauled back to Hell in TN.
If I live to be a hundred, I’ll never forget the terror and confusion in his eyes.
I guess he thought he was free forever.
I reckon there was nothing I could do...he was her dog.
*sigh*
