Boulder is a bubble of Liberalism surrounded by reality. The community is certifiably whacko.
For instance, there are no pets, only animal companions. The place is run by FemiNazi and PETA types. Boulder accepts cougar in their back yards, even though one grabbed a boy while his father held his hand.
Boulder Dementia Syndrome is endemic. Perhaps from some as yet unidentified substance oozing from the UC Boulder campus into the water.
Snarking Boudler aside, the sad fact is that this female will now be unable to own a firearm to protect herself FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE ! ! !
How can what used to be seen as something that drunk college kids in the Animal House frat did be an excuse to remove a core Constitutional Guarantee for life?
‘Course she did make the decision to move to the Whacko’s Nest - but that seems a rather thin rationalization to remove her Second Amendment rights for life - unless one is commie impaired, as most of Boulder clearly is.
See my post #13....i don’t want this woman owning a gun...If you think this criminality is nothing that big a deal..wait a year or so and watch what this witch does to her children or her next boyfriend.
Sad fact? You really have YOUR priorities in the worng place!
this has nothing to do with Boulder..it has everything to do with that this woman is very very disturbed and you just want to ignore that cause ‘its Boulder”...
Well, you know inside each liberal whack idea is always a small kernal of truth they pull out of proportion.
We need to treat animals well - it is a sign of human decency. The pet and PETA thing is idiotic.
As far as making this woman unable to own a firearm, I’d think about that one. This woman took out her anger (irrational? I mean, he paid more attention to the dog than her?) out on an innocent, unrelated third party.
Not only did the poor dog have to be terrified, but duct taping fur has to have been painful, and getting it off worse.
Is this the kind of person that should have the ability to use lethal force? I’m not sure she is in control of her anger.
I don’t side with the animals because I consider them “people”. I side with the animals because I think if you have no consideration for the feelings of a pet, I’m not sure how you are mentally around people.
