This has been proven so many times I can’t believe it’s news anymore. Antioxidant vitamins are beneficial for many conditions.
When I initially tried taking Coenzyme Q10 for hypertension, I accidentally discovered sleep. Decades of insomnia went away in about 8 days. When I stop taking Q10, I stop sleeping. Apparently I am deficient. When I started taking the stuff I went online to read about side effects. There are many very very positive ‘side effects’ of Q10 and I have yet to find any negatives. I read that it can reverse heart failure and gum disease. When I had braces on my teeth, the Q10 seemed to improve my gum health. However, it is an expensive supplement compared with E or C or Calcium etc. And, for my own experience, only a few brands have any effect on me. I hate trying new brands because they are expensive and after about 5 days I stop sleeping and feel achy. It makes a health difference for me and I wanted to mention it in case anyone was interested in trying it.
