I canceled my reservation but am keeping Clint JR’s because his 3G has a broken screen and a battery that won’t keep a charge for more than an hour. (Promised birthday present too) At least I will get to see how it works and if a software upgrade comes and fixes the antenna, but from the article that’s not going to happen, just fix the bars showing reception.
Unless I’m blown away by his I’m waiting for the iPhone5 next year that will operate on a 4G network, will upgrade the camera to the new 15mp standard, add Skype and or FaceTime that runs on the 4G network and not just WiFi and lastly have a Verizon option like they keep anticipating and anticipating. I use the 3G network more than WiFi and am disappointed the iPhone4 isn’t equipped with 4G capacity.

Friend of mine on IRC has some clear stick on decal material which he’s fixed a number of the affected phones with. All that’s needed is to cover up the strip so the user’s hands don’t ground it out.
