Actually, the Nokia 6600 - from 2003 - would browse the web over GPRS and 2G (all that was available - even before WIFI).

It also had a full MP3 player, video recording, integrated camera, video playback (including streaming video), email, GPS navigation, office suites, remote syncronization, etc.

All back in 2003. By the company - and on the phone OS - that completely dominates the cell phone world in sales.
