so...I don’t understand this fractional thing very well. Uncle Sam is to buy back land fractions and then give them to the Tribe, who can (or not) then sell them back to the original sellers? Why can’t tribal members sell the fractions amongst themselves instead of to the Tribe, how does this affect future individual property ownership rights of a tribal indian to Tribal land - and, why does the Govt need to be the broker?

I think the tribes were ripped off and also the black farmers. For those not in either group, but paid taxes- we’ve been ripped off, too.

Social Security and Medicare insurance. Ponzi schemes and I would have much preferred to have saved the extra cash on my own.
