While Hatch's announcement gives marching orders to the other more moderate Republicans, like Grassley, Voinivich and Dick Lugar, you've got to imagine that Collins, Snowe and Graham are about as close to a sure thing as you can get.

I'm not sure where we're going to find three Dem Senators, although there's been some speculation Specter is a no, based primarily on his contentious questions of Kagan, his 'no' vote when she was being confirmed for Solicitor, and his general disposition to Obama since Barry left him twist in the wind.

Maybe some heat could be put on Lincoln since she's in a very tough fight, and Ben Nelson. Evan Bayh has deeper political ambitions, but I'm not sure a no vote here helps him with moderates more than it hurts him with his base.
