I don’t know. I’m not an expert, or anything near, on doctored video clips, so I just don’t know. I’ve posted it several times on FR hoping someone could say yes/no on the validity of it. It may be doctored, but it sure looks authentic to me. I certainly know *I* couldn’t alter it. If it is authentic, that would pretty much settle the matter IMO. Of course, he could say that hoping to stir up a fire storm.

They're cut and pasted together. There's a whole bunch of them over at the "obamasnippets.com" youtube site. The Obama drunk one is pretty funny though.
