If not I view this as a violation of the doctor-patient confidentiality.

That already happened when the details of her autopsy and gurney photos were released ages ago.

That is gross. I guess one difference is that the doctor (and whoever inherited his practice) had a doctor-patient relationship. Does the coroner? I am sure disclosure laws are in place, but is it a violation of confidentiality with regards to the patient (being their never was a patient)?
