Wouldn’t she have gone to the hospital and/or the dentist and have the records to prove it? Why wasn’t Gibson arrested that night?
If you go the hospital in California, the medical professionals are obligated by law and under threat of punishment to inform the authorities of any suspected assault.
In fact, they take x-rays and pictures, which then become foundation to an investigation.
