I think the other female tennis player tested positive of cocaine is Martina Hingis in 2008. She was banned from tennis for two years. She became #1 at age 18 (I think) and stayed #1 for 209 weeks.

I can't remember her name, but she was found dead about a month ago in her home. They believe it was a suicide.
So sad....
