The fact that the title of Obama’s COLB says “Certificate of Live Birth”, a change made to them in 2008, but were called “Certification of Live Birth” at the time of his birth must have slid right past you.

In other words, his certificate form DID NOT EXIST at the time he was born.

I’d call that more than a shred...but we all have our own systems.

If there’s fraud, forgery or alteration, that’s grounds for a Grand Jury investigation with subpoena power in force and an indictment if the investigation warrants that. Unfortunately since that did not occur prior to the election, impeachment is the only option now.
Obama announced his candidacy on February, 10, 2007, so there was a year and nine months to pursue this issue and it didn’t happen.

Not yet, he hasn’t been popularly elected.
Not yet, the Electoral Collage hasn’t selected him.
Not yet, Congress hasn’t accepted the Electoral Collage’s vote
Not yet, he hasn’t been sworn in.
Not now, it’s too late.
