Looking at the menu for this burger shop, I'd say that its offerings of foie gras and epoisses are a cut above what I have seen listed on the Kenyan Clown's White House menus (most of the White House items have seemed far too trendy --- with a strong emphasis on mixing unlikely ingredients --- and seem likely to me to be inedible.)
