The hard drinking, smoking, coffee drinking side of my family seems to live the longest.

You know, I think there is some truth to that - live it up, enjoy life, do what you need to keep life's stress to a minimum, and it all adds up.

I never subscribed to that theory of preserving oneself in order to neatly be placed in a coffin in "perfect condition" at the end of it all.

Everything in moderation, of course.
