There is a reason Jesus turned water into wine. He didn’t turn it into vodka or bourbon or grape juice.

I love to see discoveries like this. This is what science is all about. Unlike killing the unborn for experimentation.

In organic chemistry, shape can be crucial. An example is the Thalidomide debacle. The drug was a compound with two optical isomeric forms. One turned out to be a very useful drug, the other caused Thalidomide Syndrome.

In chemistry, as with women, shape can be important.
