They have a video on at the link that shows the device.

I'm not big on these things but with the iPad selling like it did who knows what people will want to buy. Heck the Nintendo DS has dual screens and has been a huge success with the gaming market.

There’s a reason Microsoft “ended” the Courier project. Microsoft and Microsoft Research do a LOT of conceptual product development, even creating reference designs, that they then turn over to their partners (or develop at Microsoft’s cost for their partners).

THIS is the format for a portable device, not the big slate of the iPad. This folds, is self-protecting when folded, dual screens allow you greater flexibility in what you show/how you use it, and having one screen become a keyboard and the other remain a full-size display is absolutely correct.

I can’t wait to try a production unit out...
