Katy (I kissed a Girl) Perry dresses like this all the time and not for the beach. I’ve never heard anybody call them granny panties. This use to be the style in the 60s? and all the young girls wore them. Granted it’s not a good look for her but contrast her with Miley (Can’t be Tamed) Cyrus who’s only 17 and wearing a lot less at her concerts. Taylor wears a lot of dresses too. I think she’s just very modest.....refreshing.
