>>> Bush-hater Josh Brolin’s Jonah Hex bombs at # 7
There is a flaw in this sort of analysis. As I recall it, the people behind Pixar hated Bush as well, and they are at # 1.
The studio wrote off Jonah Hex before it was even completed. And yet Brolin will earn more on it then most Americans will see in their lifetime.
For myself, regardless of the politics of the players, they can keep all seven of these films.
You know, I recently watched “W” on the movie channels (I would have never paid to watch it in the theatre.) What surprised me is the writers and directors ended up being too clever for their own good. They’re portrayal of Bush’s drinking problem and later religous conversion, which I’m sure was designed to make the liberal role their eyes and laugh. However, for those of us that believe in overcoming hardship with the help of religon, Bush came across very sympathetically. Later once the story got into the “War in Iraq” it generated into typical liberal propaganda, such as the scene where the cabinet is deciding how to divide up Iraq’s oil reserves. But, overall, it wasn’t quite as bad as I expected.
Wow. She’s a real genius when it comes to the category of “Non-acting” actors.
She publically bashed the Transformers movies after they made her millions (now she can shop at Rodeo Dr., instead of shoplifting at Wallmart) for basically playing herself because she claimed it would never showcase her acting talent. Result = she’s been replaced by some Victoria Secrets model for the 3rd movie in the series.
Then she ends up in this summer bomb.
Karma is a wonderful thing sometimes, especially when it hits hollywood phony ingrates like her.
I’m just guessing, Josh squats to pee.
The last time this SumBitch came to Shreveport,La. he and
part of the crew got their asses kicked Big Time and

14% on RottenTomatoes, ouch! And I remember reading Jonah Hex during the 70s.
