I looked up "luggard" in my big four-inch-thick Webster's dictionary and didn't see it there. A "luggar" is any of several large Asiatic falcons, however. I expect you meant "lug," or "stupid fellow."
You come across in the post as a hostile, angry, deranged, defensive, and frightened person. I don't see any "chess moves" on your part except to deride anyone who sees a postive side to this mess. You're in a panic, it seems to me.
