The only mention of non-inflammatory autoimmune disease that I found at PubMed were three citations about antiphospholipid syndrome. It causes spontaneous abortions, i.e. miscarriages, and strokes in young, otherwise healthy females, IIRC.

Primary antiphospholipid syndrome in premenopausal women: low vitamin D, high fat mass and maintained bone mineral mass. Low vitamin D: cause or efffect?
