I just received a letter from "The conservative Caucus" with a survey and wanting money to impeach the prez. I have never heard of the group and am skeptical. It has all the key words of a money grabbing outfit. Has anyone gotten this letter?
They call them selves A citizen mobilization campaign sponsored by the conservative caucus. Please respond.
No money is needed to impeach a President.
Impeachment is a political move that is done by congress. I would be happy if Republicans had a specific position on repealing Obama-care, let alone hope for something as unlikely as this.
Three things not to count on :
1) Obama not running again in 2012
2) Obama getting impeached
3) some sort of non-democratic Overthrow
Better have a backup plan like winning the next two elections.
Hello, My name is Mutania Gumandi,
I am from Kenya. I was heading up a movement to expose Obama’s birth certificate and had raised a lot of money before a military take over occurred in my country. I collected lots of funds from my countrymen and we no longer have the freedom to make the documentary. Please, if you love your country provide me with your name, address, social security number, and bank account information and I will transfer the funds into your account. Please your country needs you.
Mr. Gumandi
I want him in jail.
This is a non-starter for several reasons.
1) Need a congress willing to bring charges
2) need a senate willing to convict.
3) need supportable charges
since 1& 2 are very unlikely and 3 is kind of iffy, yeah there’s some things out there but, none orf them really amount to supportable charges that would cause the public to support removal by impeachment.
Probably liberals trying to make an enemies list and a few bucks at the same time.
Thanks everyone. As always you gave me information and made me laugh. I love the Kenya thaang. LOL
“Probably liberals trying to make an enemies list and a few bucks at the same time.”
This is exactly my reaction, although I only considered the latter motive and not the former. I concur a “two-fer” may lie behind this questionable solicitation.
