Why the time lapse? People are being court martialed over this, and the country is falling apart because of the current leadership, and here is this guy waiting until almost armageddon before he steps forward.
Did he lose his son in a balloon, or his daughter on a sailboat?

Maybe we can sue him for negligence or aiding and abetting a felony? We could ask for $9 trillion in damages, as that is what the first 2 years of the Obama administration will have cost by the time he leaves office.
