Blueberries grow as a bush, unlike the other kinds of berries. I’ve known them to be rather well behaved (in Washington State)in contrast to blackberries and raspberries. I have a bunch of them (different kinds) sitting in my garage right now waiting to planted here in a problematic bed. Tubebender knows all about BBs, althuogh he keeps his in a jail so he can keep them all to himself without sharing them with wildlife. He’s sort of possessive about things like that. They do have to have the old canes removed after the bearing season.

With Tubebenders tag line I wonder if he has ever played around with home-wine making.

The kid did mention that they need to be cut back, but good to know they don’t grow like Black berries.

I might have to sneak a few in where the guys don’t use the weed eater/trimmer.
